The taste is a little bit medicinal and it didn't fully dissolve in the suggested amount of water even after shaking for six minutes straight, but listen, this stuff put me to SLEEP. I battle with insomnia that sometimes keeps me awake for days at a time, and nothing else works. I'd still buy more even if it had the texture of toothpaste and tasted like feet. Absolute miracle potion.

I had tried gummies, tea, and over the counter sleep-aids. But the AFK+ line are the only thing that reliably knock me out for a good night's rest.

I take this stuff because I'm a truck driver and I need to fall asleep and stay asleep. Added bonus I like the taste. Would definitely buy again and recommend.

The flavor is nice and it helps me sleep. I wonder if I can get the flavor without any of the sleep supplements and just as a flavor.
