I was looking for a replacement for my magnesium i had been taking nightly. Plus i havent been drinking caffiene at all so this stuff is perfect for me. It tastes really good and really does help me sleep. I almost never have trouble sleeping anymore. I would 100% recommend this to anyone even those who dont have trouble sleeping. Its a really good product!
