Shipping

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) you will receive a shipping confirmation that your order has left our facility. 

Most orders will include a tracking number while some smaller orders will not. To keep your shipping and handling costs as low as possible we may forgo the option for a tracking number as it can sometimes more than double the cost to ship. We use USPS for all orders under 2 lbs.

Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. To complete your return, please email our customer service team via contact@gamersupps.gg.

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that: 

- The product was purchased within the last 15 days. 
- The product is unopened, in its original packaging. 
- Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s) and in new condition.
- You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Your local postal driver, at his/her discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door or on your porch. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the driver confirms delivery of the package.

We strongly recommend that you check the tracking link provided to you frequently to make sure someone is there to receive the package at the time of delivery. You will receive a tracking number and link for your package once it has left our warehouse.  

If you have any questions regarding the tracking information given to you or your package shows delivered and you can’t find it, please contact your local post office for assistance. We only see what the tracking page says, but your local post office can give you more information.

If you don’t believe a delivery was made, please follow the instructions on the appropriate Proof of Non Delivery Form (below) and submit it to contact@gamersupps.gg.
