No, our OG Bar uses ingredients from dairy and crickets as the protein source.  We do plan to have Vegan Friendly food bars in the future.

Yes, crickets have been a safe source of food for humans for thousands of years.  The FDA and EU regulations have approved a list of insects for food and 80% of the world already consumes insects as part of their everyday diet.

The OG Sus Snacks Bar tastes awesome.  Its like a marshmallow rice crispy treat and rated 4 or 5 stars by over 95% of people who have tried it.  You can't even taste the crickets!

Cricket protein is a natural nutrition powerhouse containing all nine essential amino acids, twice as much protein and 4 times as much Vitamin B12 per gram than beef protein, and has more omega 3 fatty acids than salmon.  Cricket Protein is straight up good for you and tastes great.

Crickets emit 99% less greenhouse gases than livestock. More than half of all global methane and greenhouse gases come from livestock (cow farming).  Sus Snacks will make tasty and nutritious snacks that use planet friendly protein sources to help normalize cricket protein because some Americans still think its icky.

This is a problem we have not fully solved yet.  It's theorized that crickets will be the first animal farmed in space as they require low amounts of sunlight and space, their waste can become fertilizer, and they are very resource efficient.  Maybe Sus Snacks will be our food of choice.

No, not yet actually.  Right now cricket protein cost is 5-10x higher than other protein sources but as technology improves and demand grows the cost will come down.  We aim for Sus Snacks to always be fairly priced in accordance to the high quality ingredients that are inside.
