Most orders will include a tracking number while some smaller orders will not. To keep your shipping and handling costs as low as possible we may forgo the option for a tracking number as it can sometimes more than double the cost to ship. We use USPS for all orders under 2 lbs.

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

great double sided cup, but i seam to have one issue with it as a cup. every time i try to put the flavor "titty milk" in it defies gravity and flings its self away from the cup. i've managed to save most of the drink mix by trying to make it on a counter top, but that first scoop forever went to the void. all other flavors work fine, it's just the "titty milk" flavor that has this problem. 5/5 stars, do not regret my purchase.
I like the double sided art. Easily one of my favorite cup designs! I collect so I can't speak for it's durability, but it looks great. Colors are as expected in the photos. The cup came sealed with the matching sticker loose in the box.
I really like that you get two images with these new cups. The art of Fillian is perfect!
good design good quality and for some reason always taste better when I drink from it.
No shade to FoxyReine's art, but somehow it seems off and I can't really put my finger on it. The vibe just doesn't seem like Filian. Docking another star off for the type of plastic used (translucent, light). Personally, I prefer the transparent, thicker plastic last seen during Season 2.
