Tbh this has been the best natural sleep aid I've ever had. Sometimes it takes me forever to fall asleep, I struggle with insomnia and not many "natural," options have helped; But, prescribed meds tend to leave me groggy. AFK helps me fall asleep naturally, and wake up comfortably without the added grogginess or frustration of "when will it kick in?" This stuff is awesome!

Got for my sister and I had to try some. Good flavor, nice and fruity but a little chalky. It’ll make you tired in 30 min. Great before bed, I’ve gotta order some for myself.
