It was pretty good, it could’ve been a little sweeter but other than that I liked it
I haven't tested it and despite it missing it's samples it was supposed to come with it feels like it's made out of good quality plastic

The powders seem pretty concentrated as they make for a strong flavored drink. I don't recall which one it was, but it tasted like cough syrup. I believe it was the white packaged one. Other than that one, the tasted pretty good. As for feeling much of an energy boost, I can't say I experienced that at all.
