I don't use this every night but I do notice a difference when I do use it. The flavor is nice and it's quite easy to set up right before heading to sleep. Would recommend

TL;DR A good shaker is a good shaker, and simply put this is a good shaker.
Long Review: The color and art on the shaker are the most obvious standouts, I've been gently hand cleaning and haven't seen any scuffs or blemishes in the color or the art or anywhere else for that matter.
The cup itself is a 16oz shaker made from a hardy plastic and despite being prone to dropping my cups a lot it hasn't taken any damage from the falls. I use it almost daily and with a good shake the powder is always well dissolved. I have used drink mixes and such other than the GamerSupps brand with no issue as well.
Out of the package it did have that new plastic odor but it washed out after only two thorough washes.
My only issue is that the lid is extremely temperamental and doesn't close properly most of the time, I just learned to test for leaks before drinking.
Over all I am highly satisfied despite the one issue, I definitely will be starting a collection of these shakers in the future.
